Suddenly have a strong desire to eat cake. I have no idea on where to get a satisfying cake to fill my stomach... Lazy drive to Penang.. haha! So, i decided to try out at Secret Recipe. To be honest, i have no much expect on the quality of SR since they have no quality control.

Peach Butterscotch, RM 6.50++.. The taste is disappointing in the outlet of Sunway. Not feeling fresh. The sweetness also drag away my appetite... T.T...

In his mind, anything which could put into mouth will be delicious~ xD

A simple meal at Mr. Teppanyaki at Gurney Plaza

Pass by this little restaurant for quite several times at gurney but never step in. This time i gave it a try since my stomach was giving me a signal to fill it up..

The simple environment. It turned out to be quite a small dining area. Just 6 to 8 tables if not mistaken. I never pay a serious attention to it before when walking pass through..

Miso soup, a complementary side dish for most japanese-styled set meals. But the taste was a bit salty for me.

The typical way of teppanyaki cooking style, which opens the view to public!

I have lost the receipt of the meals, so simply put the title to the dishes.( correct me if i am wrong ^^)

I cant rate the restaurant based on only two set meals, but these two are not up to my appetite yet. And i never take the second chance to judge on it as sincerely, it's really................................ taste so so. I asked myself, why i spend RM 10++ for the dish which i could get cheaper at economic rice stall.. xD

Pink Day at Baskin Robbin, Queensbay

31st of March, was a biggest day for Baskin Robbin Fans. That was a special day for BR lover~ There is 52 weeks in a year, there is 7 months have 31st as last day, and only 1 month where the 31st day fall on Wednesday~ Thus, we can choose either take the wed pink day offer or 31st 30% discount promotion~

And we decided to get this~ Look thoroughly of the promotion terms and conditions from the poster la~ You need to have any pink item but tongue is excluded o~

Luckily i have pink item with me all the time~ =P

Oo..... not queue there? Wow....

La la la~ We skipped a very long queue le!

Oops... it's appeared to be a long queue after we have paid. So lucky we were~!

Double scoop Ice-Cream, RM 7.90 ( Price discounted ). Delicious~!!!

Sunny Restaurant

Sunny Restaurant, a small restaurant located at chai leng park just behind the famous 为食街(wai sek kai), has been leaved by our foot print last few weeks. It's a small and simple restaurant that you can visit for a dinner(noodles and rice are available) or a delight and drink.

No worry for the temperatures inside. It is air-conditioned.

炸酱面, RM4.50.. not as good as i expected.

You can know the taste from my face

四川酸辣汤, RM4.50. Worth for a try. Though i am not so sure whether it has the 四川 feel or not, but its texture is closed to the normal 米线糊. I have to say that my stomach came to a "full" stop after this dish. Its size is big enough for two after-meal person.

Chocolate Walley, RM5.50. What a nice-decorated dessert! It brighten up my eyes when first appeared in front of me! You can ask to be served last for the dessert.

The appearance of the shop. You will see there's little customers inside it. But the fact is, all tables are fully OCCUPIED! Ya, it's true! There are around 8 to 10 tables inside but each table will have customers even 1. Maybe it's dinner time (8pm, not considered late for Penangites).

Amelia Cafe, Lebuh Armenian @ Penang

Amelia Cafe, a little hidden cafe at Lebuh Armenian. It's an enchanting dine in place. The little cafe was well-decorated with fine,cute living stuffs.

Can you notice the red teak there? It's just beside Cheah Kongsi. Caution that it is Cheah but not Khoo kongsi.

Love all of the painting board~ ^^v

Menus of Amelia Cafe are outstanding and creative. They hand drawing the cover of menus. Each of the menu perform different style~

Simple yet comfortable decoration and seats. You can get some reading books from the white shelf.

They wrote the main meal of the day on a blackboard.

Aglio Olio Pasta, RM 14.90. For Pei Ying's comment, it's delicious~

Iced Fruit Tea, RM 4.50. Normal~

Pineapple Lassi, RM 5.50. Ooo.. it's depend on personal feeling. Some might like it but some not. It's taste like yoghurt drink. This post too long for me, i cant remember how is the taste like.. haha! Sorry~

Organic Banana Yoghurt, RM 5.90. It's a great starter. Sour taste will trigger your stomach and stimulate your appetite.

Chocolate Almond Cake with Ice-Cream, RM 7.90. Splendid~ as ann said, the chocolate is so chocolaty~ The hot chocolate cake go well with the ice cream. I miss it~!!!
